I had a pretty good day today. It's kind of surprising considering it was "Wacky Wednesday" and all. I say that because my grandma gets her hair done (she's 87!) on Wednesdays, and then she likes to go to Old Country Buffet. It's like her one day out of the house a week, so it's kind of a big deal within my little family.

While my folks and I were waiting for her to get done, we stopped into the Verizon place at the mall. They got new batteries, and I got my phone number changed because I kept getting mountains of junk text messages--which I have to pay for. So yeah. Suck on that!

Then my mom ran into one of her childhood friends and her husband. So we kind of had a coffee break with them. It was nice though. They're really sweet people.

I ran in JC Penny's for a bit. They're doing this thing where they give you a candy bar, and on the inside of the wrapper is either a 10%, 15%, or 20% off coupon for anything in the store. I got the 20% off one. So I hurried up and went after the jeans that I'd been lusting after last time. Regularly $34.99. On sale for %19.99. I only paid $17.00. It kind of just made my day.

When we got home my mom and my grandma went over to my aunt's house since she came home from the hospital today. It gave me an opportunity to do some serious cleaning and organizing. It was so nice and peaceful... It also gave my dad and I a chance to figure out how we're going to reconstruct my closet since I'm totally redoing my entire room this summer. Then I totally made his day by hooking up my extra DVD player in the kitchen. Ha ha! It was too funny!!

*sigh*

I really don't want to go back to work tomorrow. I was doing just fine being the lazy bum that I am. Damnit. Ah well...

Tonight instead of a music video, I'm going to leave you with a clip from my favorite movie Moon Child. I realize that it's in Japanese...but I have all of the English subs memorized...I often quote this movie in every day life...I know that I'm weird, but I wouldn't be as fun if I didn't act this way. :P
