![]() Bakasakagen I'm a little bit better now. Mandy somehow managed to talk me through it. I still feel like I want to leave, but it's not gnawing at my brain like it was. (Erm, I just inadvertently wrote lyrics to a GazettE song. Point proven.) So yes. I think I'll be all right for a few more days. Then I'll probably flip out again. Good grief. My cousin Jason came over for a little while yesterday and hung out with me. We set him up a MySpace account, and I showed him some computer related things since he's not exactly tech savvy. It was fun, except for the fact that I was completely exhausted from work, and had been planning to take a nap when I got home. So I ended up laying down for a nap at 8:30pm. Only I ended up sleeping till 1:30am. So I stayed up until 6am writing in the book, and then working on my new Aoi collage, since I bought some printer ink. Whoo. I ended up waking up today at noon. I guess it's better than nothing since I have to be to work at 5pm. I got my letter from the IRS today telling me that I should be getting my stimulus check by the 11th. Just in time for Crue Fest!! Ha ha!! (I'm seriously kidding.) It will be coming just before I start my first vacation, so that's kinda awesome. Hopefully I can get caught up on my saving. I'm sick of not having anything to fall back on. And yes, I'm quite aware that it's my own damn fault. I don't know what else to write, so I think I'm just going to post some pictures instead.
Here are two of my cats. Lily is the dark one, Rainy is the really fat black & white one.
This was that lily that I've been meaning to post a picture of. The color is just amazing. Unfortunately, I do believe that it's done blooming for the year.
This Hello Kitty guitar was sitting in the front window of a music store in downtown Bay City. It was probably the coolest thing I saw the entire day.
We were sitting right next to the water when we went to see the fireworks. I had a really incredible view of the carnival across the river.
This was the stage where a bunch of honky tonk country bands were playing. They were driving me insane. I can only handle so much country music before I want to start beating people with elephant ears.
Speaking of elephant ears, this place had some of the best that I've ever eaten.
The sky exploded.
All right. I'm going to get my butt out of here and start getting myself ready for work. I really don't want to though. I know how bad it's going to be tonight. It's just going to be me and Debbie. Everyone please cross your fingers and hope that it's completely dead in there. I really DO NOT feel like laying the smack down on someone's candy ass. [PREVIOUS] || [NEXT] ![]() Miss These?
